Great Manual AI-S Lens for D90, January 31, 2012 By Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: 105mm f/2.5 Ai-S Lens (Electronics) if you're on a budget, this lens is the way to go.
the focus ring is very quick & smooth. very sharp f2.8 and greater
I've since bought an 85mm f1.8 and a 200mm
tamron f2.8, yet I still want to keep it as a backup lens.
the only shortcoming is that its all-manual, so you have to guess
a little, pretty easy to figure out.
